Stinky Minks loves these fruit and yogurt snacks, and they are pretty handy for when we are on the go since they don’t require refrigeration and can be eaten directly from the packaging. If you notice on the back of the packaging, it actually tells you exactly what is in it and how much. For example, 1/4 apple, 2 strawberries, 1/4 banana and 2 tbsp of yogurt. I decided to try making them myself to see how they turned out and they turned out great! I just used a small blender, some frozen fruit, and plain Greek yogurt. I tripled the ingredients so I could make extra to freeze. I ended up just using some breast milk storage bags to freeze some of it. The homemade version will be great for a snack at home because they will have to stay refrigerated or frozen and I’ll just continue to use the store-bought ones for on the go snacks.
